How do you see the performance and rewards systems landscape across organisations at present?

AD The effects of the pandemic have led to the evolution of a remote and distributed hybrid workforce. The changes have necessitated organisations having to re-look at their Performance and Rewards ecosystem through the lens of the ‘new normal’. The highly prevalent practice of Once-a-year Performance Assessment and a Rewards framework cutting across functions and demographics are making way for customized and ‘hyper personalized’ solutions that better address both organisational needs and employee expectations.

Most organisations are currently at a phase where they are actively trying to leverage technology and enhance the role of data in designing their interventions. There has been an accelerated movement towards making Performance and Talent data dynamic and readily accessible through use of technology.
