Arti Sharma has been promoted by Schneider Electric India as Vice President of Human Resources – Country HR leader for Global Supply Chain.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post saying, “Excited to announce my new role as Vice President of Human Resources – Country HR leader for Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric India.”
Arti has been with the organisation for more than 13 years in different leadership roles and recently as HRVP and Talent Manager Global Marketing in Hongkong where she was responsible for Human Resource Business partnering & Talent Management Globally. She oversaw projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture and fostering greater collaboration between teams to build a strong team of leaders and attract top talent from a wide variety of backgrounds, different countries, and cultures.

Arti is a result-oriented and visionary human resource leader with a track record of accomplishment spanning three decades.
