Prior to this appointment, Saurov Ghosh was associated with National Stock Exchange of India Limited as Group Head Human Resources for about 4 years 8 months.

Saurov has a Human Resource professional with 29 + years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, Process & Engineering & Financial Services – Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets. My passion has been to drive change and transformation by gaining business knowledge and link organization objectives to people practices to drive value & growth for the business. Have led transformation initiatives across multiple geographies & cultures in India and South East Asia regions.

He has areas of interest has been in HR strategic business partnerships, change management, organization design, leadership development, diversity and execution by developing teams and mentoring them to become successful professionals & future ready to achieve Business objectives.
