Saurabh Shah joins Haber as VP-Human Capital

Saurabh Shah has joined Haber as Vice President- Human capital.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

With 15+ years of experience ,Saurabh is a Human Capital Management expert specialized in Organizational Development, Change Management, Culture revamp, creating sustainable People Experience, Wellbeing and HR process re-engineering.

Saurabh has won various accolades through his career, including – ‘101 Most Fabulous HR Leaders in India’ by World HRD Congress, Industry Academia Interface Award by Amity University, ’ ‘Top 100 Emerging Future HR Leaders’ by People Matters in association with DDI, consecutively in 2012 and 2013, and ‘Employee of the Year’ at Foton Motors.

He is on the Executive Board of MIT WPU Alumni Council, MES College of Engineering Alumni Council and on the Board of Studies for DY Patil University and Amity University. He’s the President for HR Enlight (an AOP formed to Engage, Enrich and Enlight HR fraternities across industries) and has also been a motivational speaker in several management and engineering institutes. He has been participating as a thought leader in various knowledge forums.

In the past, he has worked with Capita as Head – Human Resource, Foton Motors as Manager – Talent Acquisition, and with Tata Technologies in India as well as in its headquarters in Novi, Michigan, US where he institutionalized and spearheaded HR processes and initiatives. In July 2011, He was made Head of Human Resources – North America, for Tata Technologies.
