Saptarshi Bhattacharya has joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity as Executive Group Vice President and Chief People Officer.
Prior to this appointment, Saptarshi was associated with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance at different positions for more than 16 years and recently as Head of Talent Acquisition. He started his professional career with this company as management Trainee in 2007.

Bhattacharya is an accomplished HR Professional with 16+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, HRBP, HR Analytics and Employee Benefits at a National level.
He holds MBA in HR from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.
