Before this appointment, Santosh Singh was associated with Narayana Health as DGM – Human Resources.
Santosh Singh has 20 years of experience in diverse industries, such as pharmaceutical, power, luggage, and healthcare, He is a seasoned HR leader who has driven growth and transformation in organizations he served.

He has core competencies in HR strategy development and execution, talent acquisition and retention, organization development and change management, industrial relation and compliance management, and employee engagement and motivation. He has also successfully implemented HRMS systems, such as Adrenalin and SAP, and designed and facilitated assessment centres, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
Santosh Singh has also worked with Safari Industries India Ltd., Emco Ltd., Molekule India LTD Pvt. Ltd., CIPLA LTD, and WANBURY LTD.
