At Research & Ranking, Sanjeev will lead strategic and people-centric initiatives. He will report to Manish Goel, Founder & Director of Research & Ranking.

Sanjeev is a seasoned HR Leader with over 15 years of experience and a track record of fostering a transformational and diverse work environment. He joined Research & Ranking from upGrad– an Edtech giant, where he helped the firm scale up from 300 employees to 7,000. Throughout his career, he oversaw – COE, HR Business partnering, Talent acquisition, HR transformation, Learning & development, Organizational Development, and Shared Services across geographies. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in multiple renowned companies. His earlier stints include working with Convergys India, TCS, and GIC Power. He has an MBA in HR and an LLB from Mumbai University. Apart from his professional endeavors, Sanjeev values family time, exploring new destinations, and indulging in golf to unwind and recharge.
