Sanjeev Bakshi has joined Orient Electric as Head of IR and ER, Human Resources. He will be placed in Delhi NCR leading the role of HR and IR for managing affairs of Five Plants across India.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.

Before this appointment, Sanjeev was associated with Havells as Senior General Manager- HR responsible for the Alwar plant for about nine years.
With around 28 years of experience, he has to his credit the successful setting up of three greenfield projects in the Electrical and pharma sector. He also successfully settled two acute IR issues in his career working in Delhi, Himachal, Punjab, Karnataka, and Rajasthan regions in corporate as well as plant HR roles.
