In January 2021, Hitachi Automotive Systems, Keihin, Showa, and Nissin Kogyo completed a business merger and began their journey as the global mega-supplier “Hitachi Astemo”. Through the combined strengths of the companies, The Auto parts giant is further enhancing their global competitiveness in the areas of automotive power train systems, chassis systems, autonomous driving/advanced driving assistance systems (AD/ADAS), and motorcycle systems.

Sanjay, a competent, result oriented HR Leader withover 25 years of insightful experience in full spectrum of HR function, Business understanding, people connect & ability to drive appropriate HR interventions with exposure in driving people agenda in startup, growth and stabilization phase of organization has been with the group following the acquisition of chassis Brakes International by Hitachi Automotive Systems. Sanjay lead the HR function as Regional HR Director of brake business unit and then as Country Head HR of Hitachi Astemo India and Regional HR Director Brake BU for about three years in both positions. Earlier. Sanjay was associated with Chasis Brakes International before merger as VP-HR.
Pardeep Hatgaonkar after elevation from Dy. Country HR Head, will now look after people function at country level of the company. He is proactive and Multi-Skilled, target oriented and focused professional, contributing 25 years of accomplished experience across HR Functions in diversity of Talent Management, PMS, Compensation & Benefit, Learning, OD, Plant Administration, Epats Management, Industrial Relations & Welfare.
Pradeep has been with the group for about 17 years before and after merger of Keihin FIE Pvt. Ltd with Hitachi Astemo. He also worked with Sandhar Technologies and Usha Amorphous.
