Sandeep Gautam has joined CK Birla Group as Group Head – Corporate HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Sandeep Gautam was associated with National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings) as Chief Human Resources Officer for more than 4.3 years.

Seasoned HR leader with three decades of 31 years experience in driving business transformation and growth through strategic human resources management, Sandeep has gained expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and practices. He played an instrumental role in enabling digital transformation, enhancing employee experience, building leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, and creating a learning organization. He has established a strong track record of success in managing complex HR projects and initiatives across multiple industries and geographies, such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions, HR automation, HR shared services, organization design, and change management. He is a passionate and collaborative leader who empowers and coaches his team of HR professionals to deliver excellence and value to the business and its stakeholders.
Sandeep Gautam has also worked with Spencer’s Retail, Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday), Laing O’Rourke, Somany Ceramics Ltd., Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India Ltd., India Glycols Limited and Honda Ester Industries Limited.
