Prior to joining SILA, Sakshi was associated with Reliance Jio Mart Digital as Lead – Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner for about two years.
A result oriented HR specialist with having around two decades of experience of successful track record in leading organizations in Retail, FMCG, Home Shopping, Ecommerce & Real Estate Space sakshi is highly effective change agent with history of building functions from the ground up, consolidating disparate teams and turning around problematic situations by aligning HR strategy with business goals and works closely with executives & line managers. Business focused and result driven.

She has managed complex merger processes, developed HR approach and initial strategy, handled due diligence, organizational design and workforce transition including sensitive employee communications.
