He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Sahdev was associated with ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India as Head -Talent Acquisition.

With more than 16 years of industry experience, his expertise lies in People Strategy, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Handling Employee life cycle processes, Employee Engagement & Talent Management.
Sahdev, HRCP from TISS & Certified HR analytics from XLRI, worked in various sectors like Automobile, Heavy Engineering, and Power & Infra. He demonstrated Effectiveness in conceptualizing and implementing strategic HR interventions across organization & engaging with a large number of stakeholders with Proven abilities in influencing people.
He has also worked with Tata Motors, Adani Power, and Pipavav Shipyard Limited.
