Sabeela Masroor Has joined Vecmocon Technologies as Head of Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through asocial media post.
Before this appointment, Sabeela was associated with SaveBySwitching Global Solutions as Head of human resources where she was responsible for driving end-to-end talent management, planning, succession, & talent development needs and championing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

With 17 + years of diverse professional experience with a majority in Training and HR. Sabeela carries Master’s degree in Psychology with expertise in Counselling and Psychometrics. She worked with teams from 7 continents of the world and have been instrumental in developing over 5000 people across the globe with a focus on India, UK, US, and EMEA. She was exposed to various business lines ranging from Healthcare, Insurance, Education, ITeS, BPO, Hospitals, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Banking, Utilities, F&A and Oil and Petroleum.
Having completed Human Resource Management Program from XLRI , Sabeela also worked with Peak, HCL Technologies, Integral Training & Development and Patni Computer Systems among others.
