Rudra Prasad Nayak has joined Calderys as India People Head.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Rudra was associated with Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd. as Regional Head- HR.

Rudra, a competent professional with over 16 years of experience in HR/IR functions across renowned organizations, has led HR, IR, Admin, CSR & Security functions in various roles. Apart from demonstrating his excellent Negotiation skills, he successfully signed two Tripartite Long Term Wage settlements with the Unions and implemented Talent Management System & Goal-setting based PMS.
Rudra has also worked with Thriveni SainikMining, Larsen& Toubro Power, and CK Birla Group among others.
