Roshni Wadhwa is elevated to the position of HR Transformation Director – South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa (SAPMENA) of L’Oréal.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post. She said, “Amazing 6 years as CHRO L’Oreal India. All good things comes to an end for something better to start 🙂 Super excited to start this new Journey with L’Oreal.
Big thanks to all my managers, stakeholders and most importantly my team for making my last 6 years so special. It was nothing short of a rollercoaster ride with all ups and downs but extremely fulfilling. Creating country HR strategy to impact business growth and organisation transformation, building and nurturing the culture of growth and collaboration, upgrading capabilities, enabling careers – its been all what it takes to enable organisation development and people centricity.

Roshni Wadhwa has been associated with the L’Oréal from last about 10 years and recently as Director Human Resources – L’Oreal India.
Roshni joined L’Oréal as the General Manager – Human Resources for the Consumer Products Division and then started as the Director – Human Resources in Singapore in 2015.
Prior to joining L’Oréal, she was the Head – Talent Management at Novartis India Ltd. for over 3 years and General Manager – HR at Future Group for over 6 years. Her expertise lies in areas such as talent and performance management, successful team management, talent acquisition and engagement, succession planning, employer branding and workforce planning.
Roshni has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune.
Roshni is also certified as Executive Coach by the ICF in the year 2017.
