Ritu Rakhra has joined Broadridge India as Head of Human Resources.
Rakhra will be based out of Bengaluru and will jointly report to Sheenam Ohrie – India Managing Director and Richard Stingi – Global CHRO.
Prior to this appointment, Ritu Rakhra was associated with Dell Technologies as Regional HR Leader – India for more than 16 years.

According to Rakhra, her priorities will be building a people strategy to support the business transformation agenda, and investing in HR programmes to deliver a world class experience to their associates.
Rakhra comes with 24 years of experience in various facets of human resources such as HR business partnering, compensation and benefits, HR shared services and mergers and acquisitions.
Ritu Rakhra has also worked with IBM and Hewitt Associates.
Rakhra holds an MA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
