Ritu Bhati has joined Light & Wonder India as Vice President Human Resources (India Head).
Prior to this appointment Ritu was associated with Accenture lastly as Managing Director – Human Resources and was responsible for Global Service Delivery Excellencefor about six years. She was Leading HR for Operations Delivery Centres in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (India Geographic Unit). In this role, she was accountable for Human Resources including Talent Acquisition across these entities. In total she spent around 8 years with Accenture.
Before taking on the role of HR Lead for Accenture Operations India GU, Ritu handled several core functions across business units in India GU. These included Service Excellence and Compliance, Capability Development & Transitions, Shared Recruitment, Employee Relations & Policies and Statutory Compliance.

Ritu has expertise in the domain of Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Diversity, and Business & Statutory Controls. She has a creative bent of mind and delivers insights and solutions with ease.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2012, Ritu had close to two decades of Human Resource experience spanning across various industry segments – IT/ ITES, Banking and Manufacturing. She has a flair for collaborating and building capability at all levels.
Ritu is a result oriented HR Business Partner and strives to achieve business outcomes while partnering with them.
Ritu holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Outside Accenture, Ritu enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering on environment related issues.
Ritu has also worked with Macquarie Global Services, IBM, Wipro British Telecomm/Bharti British Telecom and The Arvind Mills Ltd.
