Rita Misra has joined TARC India as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Rita was associated with Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd as Head HR-North & East.

Rita, a seasoned HR professional with two decades of broad based experience with global multicultural workforce in highly matrix organizations, is deeply committed to DEI with a strong belief that diverse perspectives make for a workplace culture that is empowering, equitable and innovative.
She has worked with large and virtual teams across US, Europe and APAC with a headcount ranging from 1500 – 12000 employees. She has distinct strengths in design and embedding strategies across talent management, large scale change management projects, business partnering, total rewards, leadership development and organization restructuring.
Rita has also worked with JLL, Aon, Genpact, and AOL among others.
