Rishi Tiwari has joined Max Life Insurance as Vice President- HR. He will be responsible for building exceptional experiences and an even better place to work for more than 30000 employees.
Prior to this appointment, Rishi was associated with Hilton as Cluster director of HR for around six years.

With more than 16 years of experience, Rishi is a passionate Human Resource professional with a wide range of experience in handling recruitments, talent management, industrial relations, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR Business partner and leading change and strategic HR initiatives.
Rishi has also worked with Hyatt Regency Delhi, Lalit Hotel and Best Western Hotel and Resorts.
