Rishav Dev has joined Noveltech Feeds Pvt. Ltd. (A Goldman Sachs Company) as Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Rishav was associated with Anmol Feeds for more than five years and recently as CHRO.
An alumnus of XLRI with around 19 years of rich professional experience.

with leading firms in Agriculture, Real Estate, Retail, and Financial Services, Rishav was recognized with the “Sustainable HR Leaders (India)- 2020” & “101 Top HR Minds (India) – 2019” Award by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia.
Rishav has led several programs in Strategic, Transformational & Operational HR Management that involved the design and implementation of People strategy, systems, policies, and practices. He had the opportunity to work in MNCs, Promoter-led firms, and listed firms involving matrix structures & complex business environments; & with cross-cultural teams & multiple business stakeholders.
He has also gained experience with several new setup transactions and has led projects on Business Reorganization.
Rishav has also worked with AmbujaNeotia, DLF Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limitedand India Infoline Ltd.
