She has confirmed the development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment Ridhi Menon was associated with BIG FM as Senior HR Business Partner – North & Lead Talent Acquisition for about 7.9 years.
She has also worked with Aambridge Staffing Solutions, Wynn telecom Ltd. and Spice Telecom.
Having done MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
