Former Infosys EVP and Head of Human Resources Richard Lobo will join Tech Mahindra. According to the media reports., Richard will assume his new role under the direction of Mohit Joshi, the newly appointed CEO probably in Jan.24.

As a strategic HR advisor, Richard specializes in such areas as organizational scaling, change management, corporate governance and employee experience after leaving Infosys.
Recently, the Tech Mahindra made significant changes to its leadership team. Harshavendra Soin, who previously served as the Global Chief People Officer and Head of Marketing, Corporate Services, and People Supply Chain (RMG), has been elevated to the prestigious position of President of Asia Pacific Japan.
