Ravi Pant has joined Mayur Uniquoters Ltd. as Group HR Head (Senior General Manager) Jaipur.
In his new role Ravi will be responsible to Organisation Development, Performance Management, People Capability enhancement, Total Employee Involvement, Talent Management &Acquisition, Reward & Recognition, culture change management of the group.
Before this appointment Ravi was associated with JK Tyres as Dy. General Manager – HR.

With more than three decades of rich professional experience in manufacturing sector, Ravi gained expertise in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management; Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, , Employee Benefits, Implementation of HR Policies, HR Budgeting, Statutory compliance, Contract labour Management and Industrial Relations.
Ravi has also worked with TDI Infratech, Uflex, RB, Dabur and Atlas Cycles.
