She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating,” Now the time has come for me to embark on a new chapter in my professional journey with hope and energy to learn and do something new and be the beginner again.”
Before this appointment, Ratika was associated with Sapiens as VP-Head HR -Australia & APAC for about 7.5 years.

Ratika is a versatile HR leader with over 23 years in Strategic HR with active involvement in various M&A’s along with shaping the company’s long-range vision and Culture Statement. She created a high-performing, healthy, and friendly work environment thus enhancing organizational efficiency and deliverables. She is passionate about attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
She has worked for US, Europe, APAC, and Israel teams across IT, Logistics, Telecom, and Biotechnology companies. The experience across all functions of HR helped Ratika set up and lead human resources functions in startups and also globally established organizations.
Ratika has also worked with Ascendum Solutions, Novzymes, OpSource, and Airtel.
