Ratan Agrawal has joined Moon Beverages(Coca-Cola) as Chief Human Resource Officer and Director – People Resource. He will be reporting to Amit Bedi, CEO and Director.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
In his new capacity, Ratan will lead initiatives related to people management and will be instrumental in formulating strategies for the Human Resource function. He will closely collaborate with department heads to devise and implement plans geared towards enhancing organisational efficiency and capabilities.

Before this appointment, Ratan was associated with HeroMoto Corp for more than ten years in different leadership roles and lastly as Senior Lead-Hero Academy- Corporate HR.
With more than three decades of rich professional experience, Ratan is a Visionary HR leader with expertise in championing people, organization, and culture transformations. His competency has been in strategic human resource management, competency mapping, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
Ratan has also worked with Maruti Suzuki, Reliance Retail, Escorts, and Britannia.
