At Saint-Gobain group, Ramya will lead the company’s HR function, focusing on driving business excellence through talent development, strategic organizational design, and employee engagement. Her appointment underscores Saint-Gobain group’s commitment to investing in its human capital and driving growth through HR excellence.
Before this appointment, Ramya was associated with GreyOrange as Chief People Officer, where she spearheaded organisational design, implemented advanced HR technologies, and achieved significant increases in employee satisfaction and productivity.
