Rajeshwar Tripathi has joined RJ Corp as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Tripathi was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business) as CHRO. He was with the group for about 14 years.

Driven by the need of Businesses to outperform on a sustainable basis and deeply focussed on People, driving Transformation/Change, Rajeshwar has Led large-scale projects involving Acquisition & Mergers including in International Geographies, complex Change Management, Organization Restructuring and Culture Building Initiatives.
Tripathi has also Conceptualised and led the HR Transformation Journey and Co-Authored a Case Study on the same, Published by Harvard Business Publishing.
Tripathi has also worked with VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Joint Venture).
