Rajesh Gupta has joined Future Generali India Insurance as Vice President-HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Rajesh was associated with Nuvoco Vistas Corp as Head – Total rewards for more than four years.

A Seasoned professional with close to three decades of experience as HR Generalist handling End to End HR function across different industries with MNCs/Start-ups, Rajesh gained Core Competencies in Employee Engagement, Budgeting, On boarding & HR Operations, Compensation & Employee Benefits, Employees Relations & Retention, Labour Law Compliance, HRIS, HR Policy Implementation, Recruitment & Staffing Solutions, Payroll, Performance Management System and Implementing and Reviewing HR Processes.
Rajesh has also worked with Cipla Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., ASC Enterprise Ltd. (An Essel Group Company), Intelenet Global Services Ltd., Future Generali India Life Insurance Co Ltd. and A&A Business Consulting Pvt Ltd .
He is also Co founder of HR platform- MTHR Global.
