Rajat Seth has joined ELAN Group as Vice President – HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Rajat Seth was associated with Cherry Hill Interiors as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for around 5 years. He has also worked with reputed real estate company DLF Ltd in the past.

An HR professional with more than 15+ years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HRD functions, including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Employee Engagement, Induction, Compensation Benefits, Talent Management. Drive various HR functions like Performance Management System, Training and development, selection and recruitment, people development, compensation and benefits and organizational structures.
Adroit in assessing existing HR processes, and accordingly designing & implementing measures aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee potential as well as morale.
