Raj Tanwar has joined AIonOS as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
He has confirmed this development through a social media post, stating, “ Excited to Embark on a New Journey with AIonOS. Thrilled to share that I am joining AIonOS as the CHRO, with additional responsibilities of Global Marketing and Special Projects. After shaping The future HR Tech at AdvantageClub.ai as CSO & Head HR, now heading on a new mission to transform businesses into Al-Native Enterprises.

Before this appointment, Raj was associated with Advantage Club Technologies as as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Head of Human Resources .
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and IIM Ahmedabad, Raj,With over 20 years of experience in global HR operations and leadership, hisspecialties include leading start-up HR, international HR, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. He is passionate and visionary leader who applies design thinking and M&A expertise to human resources.
He is also an Advisory Council Member at Forbes Human Resources Council, where he contributes to discussions on diversity, inclusion, and career development.
Raj has also worked with Concentrix, Cipla, Thomas Cook India Limited, Punj Lloyd Limited, Eicher Engineering Solutions and Hinduja TMT Ltd.
