Put yourself in the shoes of employees to address their wellness issue
At Times Group, even before the crisis struck home, we adopted a three-pronged approach of Toolset, Skill set and Mindset to ensure business continuity, boost employee morale and ensure employee well-being. We stepped back and put ourselves in the shoes of our employees to understand their needs and wants and aligned it with the organization purpose.

During covid pandemic turmoil, most people have been through isolation, depression and anxiety which are certainly going to reflect in their work attitude. How HR should address this challenge?

AD Every organization has had to re-imagine, re-engineer and re-haul their work, workplace and workforce in view of Covid pandemic. Leaders had to focus on business continuity and had to be empathetic to the workforce sentiments and their health and safety in these trying times. Individuals have had to adapt to new ways of working while balancing and catering to family demands.

As a compassionate and caring organization, I believe that unusual times like these require unusual wisdom and serve as an acid test for Leadership, particularly in HR.
