NM Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in companies where I’ve had the opportunity to take risks and challenge myself while going out of my comfort zone. I have never shied away from raising my hand, asking for opportunities and always striving to do more than what was ‘required of me’.
I have also had the privilege to work with some great mentors who have guided me and have shaped the professional that I am today, big thanks to them. The diverse experiences, ability to take risk, openness to learn more & more, all of this together, have helped in enriching my portfolio and prepare me from a leadership standpoint.
My advice to everyone out there is to always look for new opportunities, raise their hands and ask for more, develop...
