Priyanka Kaushik has joined Havells India as General Manager-HR.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Priyank was associated with Sterlite Power for about six years and recently as Head HR corporate Functions, Diversity Equity and Inclusion leader, and Ethics Lead.
With around 15 years of experience, A professional with a difference is what makes her a Human Resource management professional who differentiates herself by thriving on three core self-found pillars i.e. learning, expertise, and ownership. Priyanka believes there are many opportunities one gets in its career to contribute to an organization differently by leveraging his/her competencies to the fullest. The areas in which she has been a key contributor in the organization’s business operations are Learning & Organization Development, working on business excellence models, PCMM L2/L3 Certification, Talent Management & Acquisition, Leadership hiring, Balance Score Card, HR Analytics, HR Automation, and Global Operations. Also, to foster an environment where people can grow and build a successful professional career.
