Priyanka Gupta elevated to the position of Senior Director – HR of BYJU’S

Priyanka Gupta is elevated to the position of Senior Director – HR of BYJU’S.

She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Priyanka has been associated with the BYJU’S from last 1.5 year in different position and recently as General Manager – HR before elevation to the post of Senior Director – HR.

Previously worked with L&T Financial Services as Zonal Head – Business HR (North) for 2.11 years Priyanka was responsible for the entire employee life cycle of 3000+ employees from Hire to Retire.

With around 11 years of experience across multiple HR domains including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development in Banking, Financial and Edu-Tech Sector, as an HR professional, she has brought a blend of both generalist and business partnering experience with expertise in anchoring people strategy across diverse functions and business units.

Priyanka has also worked with ICICI Bank Ltd. for 7.3 years in Business Partnering and L&D Function, Led the “Performance Management” process for ICICI Bank for 3 consecutive years for 80,000+ employees and Tata Power-DDL.
