Atlas Copco-A Swedish MNC has appointed Preeti Ahuja as HR Leader. She will be responsible for HR domain including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, positive work culture and ensuring employment regulations compliance. She will also help uphold the diversity and inclusion goals.
Prior to this appointment, Preeti was associated with Peak AI as Head of People for about 1.5 years.
A Result oriented professional with 17+years of experience including Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relation & Engagement, Organization Development, Compensation, Performance and Change Management, Preeti is passionate about driving business priorities and leading large scale transformational changes by enabling it through effective HR strategies. Adept at leading large scale global projects.

MBA in Human Resources and Masters in Labour Laws from Pune University, She has also done Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Preeti has also worked with Go MO Group AB, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, GemStone Systems and Larsen & Toubro.
