Preemita Singh has joined Havells India Ltd. as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to this appointment. Preemita was associated with Hero FinCorp as CHRO and Head CSR for more than four years.
A seasoned HR Leader having done PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, with more than two decades of rich and diverse experience of leading HR in BFSI, IT and Consulting sectors, Preemita has assisted businesses in organization design and restructuring, integration of HR practices in M&A situations, driving Enterprise HR agenda in Group Businesses, defining and executing an effective Talent Strategy, strengthening Employer Brand and designing progressive HR policies.
Preemita has the experience in managing people and business objectives and have a successful track record of delivering results. She has led HR function in domestic as well as global setting, managing diverse set of stakeholders. She has worked extensively on HR Transformation; unleashing productivity, nurturing capability, building leadership, enabling a learning culture and driving transformation through effective use of HR technology.
She has also worked with ICRA, Max, CSC, EY and Thermax.
