Pratik Soyantar has joined Light Microfinance as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
In his new role, he will be responsible for Leading Change Management, People Development, Business Strategy, Leadership, Management and Human Capital Management.

Prior to this appointment Pratik was associated with SMEcorner as Head HR for more than two years.
A HR Professional with vast experience in Fintech, Startup & Banking domain managing end to end HR, Pratik has gained strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and overall Strategic HR Business Partnering in his over 17 years of rich professional experience.
Pratik has also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank and Videocon Industries.
