Prasheel Pardhe has joined BDx Data Centres as their global HR head.
Prior to joining BDx Data Centres, Pardhe was associated with Trantor as chief people officer for more than two years.
With over 20 years of experience leading and developing human resource departments in a variety of sectors and countries, Prasheel gained expertise in global HR programmes and policies, compensation and benefits, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, startups, scaling up and people development enabling him to offer powerful HR solutions.
He has successfully led and executed a number of HR initiatives, including competence modelling, vision-mission-values exercises, HR communiqués, HR analytics, and capability management, employer and HR branding, learning and development strategies, talent management and talent acquisition.
Prasheel has also worked with Mindgate Solutions, HCL Technologies, GoldenSource, Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), Reliance Life Sciences, Hewitt Associates, Lucent Technologies and Birla Technologies.
