Prasanth Nair has joined Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prasanth will be responsible for strengthening the company’s employee experience, leading talent management as well as supporting the diversity & inclusion initiative to build Crompton as an overall great place to work.

A Doctorate in HR From IIM Ahmedabad with about three decades of years of experience, Prasanth carry a treasure of extensive knowledge and experience in entire gamut of people management.
Prasanth has also worked with Cipla, Thomas Cook India Limited, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Wockhardt, KEC International Ltd., RPG Group and GEC Alsthom India Limited.
