Pramath Nath has joined Adani Green Energy Ltd. as Head – HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment he was associated with GE’s Steam Power business in India & APAC as CHRO for around 3 years. His role involved working on the entire gamut of HR business partnership and managing unionized workforce in manufacturing plants, contractual and permanent employees at project sites and offices. Pramath’s role encompassed leading HR for an Indian stock exchange publicly listed entity named GE Power India Limited in India working with the Independent Directors of the Board and the senior management on people priorities. He also led CSR and Facilities for India.

Pramath is a business professional with 25 years of experience in managing diverse facets of Business Transformation and Human Resources (HR). His specialization spans across union management, industrial (employee) relations, talent management, start-ups and post-merger integration. His experience includes working across industries like pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitality, retail, information technology, shared services, consulting and power.
Pramath has also worked with KPMG India, Hewlett-Packard, Reliance Retail, East India Hotels (The Oberoi, Bangalore), Blue Cross Labs Ltd. and Cosme Mathias Menezes Group.
Pramath is LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He’s a certified Trainer from Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi; and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. He is also a Certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI, USA). He is also a professionally certified Coach (PCC by ICF). He was an Executive Committee member of National HRD Network, Bangalore.
