Before this appointment, Pradyumansinh Gohil was associated with Kohler Co. as Sr. Manager – HR. He was with the group for about 4 years.

Gohil is a Human Resource professional with over 13 years of qualitative experience in HR, IR and CSR in India’s largest private sector industry and an American MNC. He has gained expertise in Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
Gohil has also worked with Reliance Industries Limited, and Jubilant Bhartia Foundation.
