He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Pradeep Tiwari was associated with Tata Steel as Sr. HRBP for over 2 years.
With over 15+ years of rich experience in Strategic HR, he has excellent knowledge of Industrial relations, Employee Relations, Competency Mapping, Culture Building, HRBP, Employee Engagement, Laision with govt. bodies, CWR, Amenities, Legal cases, Statutory compliance for Ferro alloys and Manganese division. (03 Plant and 03 Minesat different locations).
Pradeep Tiwari has also worked with Adani Group, MP Birla Cement, Hindustan Power Projects, KJS Cement (I) Limited, and Ambuja Cements Ltd.
