Fusion Micro Finance has announced the appointment of Pooja Mehta as its Chief Human Resource Officer. She will be overseeing people operations across more than one thousand branches across India.
PG from XLRI With over 20 years of experience working extensively across multiple HR domains including organisation design, M&A, leadership development, performance, and rewards consulting,Pooja has led global assignments and worked with multiple clients across industries.
