Piyali Bhattacharjee has joined Accorian as Head of People. Accorian is a technology advisory firm that helps companies of all sizes improve their cybersecurity, technology compliance and staffing.
Before this appointment, Piyali was associated with Euronext Solutions as Human Resources Director for more than two years.
Piyali is a seasoned HR professional with 16 years of diverse experience in People and Culture. She has been in HR Leadership role partnering with business leaders for Talent Strategy. In her previous assignments she had been consulting with startups across industries as a People Advisor and had also been Business Partner HR for Infosys Technologies and Goldman Sachs in her professional contour.

Piyali has held variety of key HR roles in intense and high growth environments and has successfully conceived, setup and managed critical projects in Talent Management. She Has collaborated with leadership team across sectors to drive key programs such as Talent Review, Leadership Development, Mentorship Program and Diversity & Inclusion Programs.
Piyali also founded and was CEO Zizique Management Consultants and also worked with The HR Practice, Goldman Sachs, Infosys Limited, CareerNet Consulting and Verifaya Corporation.
