People centric leadership can make this work model successful
One of the major challenges of remote/hybrid work is that it's harder to build empathy with people when you're not physically with them. As such, remote employees may feel like their co-workers and managers aren't seeing their full selves or their full potential.

What prompted employers to embrace Hybrid work model? What can be the benefits and pitfalls in shifting to this model?

JS In today’s world as we see different challenges and changes, corporates tend to build a culture which makes employee comfortable while working in the office. Due to covid we faced many difficulties to cope up with the dynamic environment but the new working model made it easy to keep the value and productivity of the company constant. The model is termed as Hybrid Work Model.

In office-first model, people are expected to be present in the office and work from 9 am to 6 pm. These working hours sometimes make employees less productive and adheres the flexibility to the employees. Thus, the new model- hybrid work model maintains the productivity and ensures the high-level outcomes and profits to the company.
