Tech tools can’t provide emotional support which is very vital for any organization to remain vibrant. Automation in HR needs careful thinking as to how much this function should go with automation and the use of AI. People should always be put ahead of technology and automation. Losing sight of the fact that the people are at the core of the organization, will bring very negative results.
