Pankaj Sureka has joined Vedanta Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer – VL Jharsuguda.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment Pankaj Sureka was associated with Reliance Industries Limited as Vice President – Rewards (Human Resources) for more than 11 years.

He bring over 17 years of global strategic HR leadership, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, HR Business Partner, Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, All Hands meet, Employee touch points, managing compensation increment for large number of employees, compensation survey.
Pankaj Sureka has also worked with Wipro Technologies, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Colgate Palmolive, Essar, Cummins, Shrenuj and Co. Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
