Overthinking to Smart thinking
We need to understand that problem-solving and over thinking are different things. Most of the time we cannot differentiate between the two.

More than often, we find ourselves thinking about one or another thing in all our moments except our sleep, but in some cases, people don’t even get proper sleep due to the habit of over thinking.

Now let’s get an idea of what over thinking looks like – excessive thinking, pondering, and fixating on an issue, person, or situation, more than required. Over thinking as a habit can be seen as thinking about situations, long after they are over; always predicting or thinking about negative aspects of the situation, and always expecting and preparing for the worst in all scenarios. Either thinking too much about past events and blaming self and others or worrying too much about future scenarios, are a part of the over thinking pattern.

Our mind never discriminates between real or perceived threats, it responds to both in the same way, so when we create any scenario in our head that is not pleasant and stressful our body responds to it in the same way as it would respond to a real threat, giving us all the symptoms of fatigue, nervousness, anxiety, and...
