19th May 2022, New Delhi: Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), part of the Anglian Omega Group, today announced Ms. Nida Khanam as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to strengthen its leadership team. The announcement comes at a time when the company is gearing up for the next level of growth and aims to become the World’s largest selling electric three-wheeler manufacturer.
Ms. Nida Khanam, OSM’s new CHRO, is joining the company at a time when OSM family is expanding to new heights not just in terms of volumes & numbers but also adding best people from across industries. Ms Khanam will focus on strengthening the organizational culture and HR practices in the company with the objective of building Omega Seiki Mobility as an employer of choice.
Taking over the helm of the Human Resources function, Ms. Nida Khanam, said, “The vibrant and passionate people at OSM have been at the heart of the company’s success and I plan to build on that with people centric practices and value based transformation. Step one will be aligning and building the human resources function & team to support the overall business goals and Vision of OSM. I shall be working closely with the Chairman to bring a transformational change in the people’s processes & practices, building people’s capabilities, engaging & retaining talent.”

“My vision would be to make OSM a company of people’s choice & Great place to Work for! I strongly believe organizations do make strategies but you can only bet on People to execute those strategies. Having Vision is quite easy but to sustain the growth you have to have Great culture & values.” Added Ms. Khanam.
Ms. Nida Khanam, carries with her over 18 years of HR leadership & transformation experience She is known to introduce radical HR practices and framework which transforms culture & brands. Her extensive experience in aligning people initiatives to business strategy and driving large-scale complex change, she is just not an advocate but strongly drives diversity & inclusion. She has been part of some great organizations & diversified culture in her previous experience (Rockwell Automation, Grohe-Lixil, JSL to name a few). She is also an ACC-International Coaching federation, USA and has worked with Leaders as Executive Coach & Mentor. She is very passionate about coaching. She is an IIM-C & AMU Alumnus.
