With over 19 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Ms. Patwardhan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
In her new role at Nucleus Software, Swati will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
Swati is a distinguished alumna of Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai, where she completed her Postgraduate studies in Industrial Psychology. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mumbai University. Additionally, she has pursued certifications in Organizational Development from TISS & ODA and Brain Based Executive Coaching through NLI, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
